The exterior of the 2023 Pilot features a new grille, slim LED headlights with daytime running lamps, front fog lamps, a front underbody garnish, and a large air intake above the front bumper. It gets smaller wheels and larger all-terrain tires, a roof rack, a rear spoiler, a rear underbody garnish, and wraparound body cladding. The cabin of the 2023 Honda Pilot has a more streamlined cockpit with power-adjustable seats, soft and padded touchpoints, and a multi-function steering wheel with audio controls.
